About Us
El-Shadai Charitable Trust was established on 31st May 1997 with a vision to serve the people of India irrespective of caste, creed, community, or religion, with a special concern for vulnerable children, destitute families, and marginalized communities.
The Trust was founded out of a deep burden to restore dignity, hope, and purpose to those who have been neglected by society. For nearly 30 years, El-Shadai has been committed to demonstrating God's love through compassionate care, social development, education, and community transformation.
Legal Status
El-Shadai Charitable Trust is a Public Charitable Trust established by seven trustees and registered under the Indian Trust Act.

The Trust is registered under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA), enabling it to receive foreign contributions for its charitable activities in accordance with Government of India regulations.

We strive to improve the lives of vulnerable people through compassionate care, education, healthcare, rehabilitation, community development, and livelihood initiatives. Our mission is to serve every person without discrimination and to build stronger families and healthier communities.
Why We Serve
India is home to diverse cultures, languages, and communities. Yet many continue to struggle with poverty, alcoholism, domestic violence, family breakdown, homelessness, and social exclusion. These challenges often leave children, women, and elderly people vulnerable and without adequate support.
Witnessing these realities inspired the founder to establish El-Shadai Charitable Trust. Since then, we have worked tirelessly to bring practical solutions through acts of love, compassion, and holistic care.
Our goal is not merely to provide temporary relief but to create lasting transformation by addressing social, educational, physical, emotional, and economic needs.
